Becoming my Mother

So there I sat this evening, in my favorite chair, Nursing my Baby, munching on Dove Chocolate and Licorice, reading a Karen Kingsbury novel, thinking how nice a long soak in the tub would feel when my baby is finally asleep, and then it hits me.
AAACK! I'm becoming my Mother!

  1. Hmmm, I guess it depends on how much dove chocolate I'm eating!

  4. Love the picture! You need a cup of coffee in the picture though for it to be complete. Maybe that comes when you hit number 3.

  5. HA HA HA!!! I laughed so hard this morning when I saw this! Oh my, I'm sorry... I'll try really really hard not to be TOO terrible!!
I really do know the feeling tho...
Someone said once that she found a coffee mug that had the words on it "I have now officially became my mother". It's a curse/blessing for all of us!

  6. Well, when you see me with a coffee cup in my hand,(as long as it's holding coffee) regardless of what it says, you know I will have officially became my mother!

  7. Nothing wrong with chocolate and coffee! Jim is determined to get me to be a coffee-drinker, and he just might get it accomplished...haha

  8. Wow thats an amazing picture. I looked at it from a ways back and thought it was just one person. We should do that with all of us older girls. I think we probably look more like mom than we realize.

  12. It's crazy, you spend the first 5-10 years trying to be just like your mom, the next 5-15 rebelling and trying to be everything BUT your mom, and still it comes down to THIS!
P.S I'm guessing you could make a killing off selling those composite pictures... killing, as in, the mothers would die laughing and the daughters would plan your sudden fall off a very high cliff!
